Faustin Ndikumana pleased with the release of his PARCEM employees.

The president of the Association Word and action for the awakening of the consciences and the change of mentalities (PARCEM), Mr. Faustin Ndikumana, on Wednesday, December 27, 2018 in Bujumbura, made a statement in which the Burundian justice has made public to have released three representatives of his association in Mbuye and Muramvya.

Who are the released representatives?

These are M. Emmanuel  Nshimirimana, Gatore Aimé Constant and Nizigiyimana Marius. It was recalled that their arrest took place on June 13, 2017. These persons were specified, they were accused of undermining the internal security of the state.

The Burundian justice asked to evolve and improve its services

In this statement, the president of PARCEM urges the Burundian justice to be quick to listen to a large number of detainees as soon as possible.

He was very concerned that there are many people who have been imprisoned for a long time, but who have not yet had the opportunity to be heard by the judge. Mr. Faustin Ndikumana hopes that Burundian justice can evolve and improve its services in relation to the current situation.
